Summer is about to fade into fall. It was a busy one at JAK’s Place. So much went on we can’t put half of it in the newsletter, but watch for new pages here. 🙂
There’s plenty of activity this month too. On Saturday, September 15, we’re celebrating the beginning of our 7th year with an Open House. JAK’s Place will be open from 11am to 2pm, and the Quilt Raffle drawing will be at 2:00! You can buy tickets up until 1:30.
Two Packer Parties are scheduled for your Sunday afternoon pleasure; games start at 3:15 on September 9 and 30.
The Journaling Poets Group will be meeting on Fridays, instead of Thursdays. Magda’s Nutrition class will be on Thursdays at 4:00. Friday is still Computer Day. Yoga and Tai Chi on all Mondays except the first; we’ll ve closed for Labor Day.
